- *The Role**
As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in helping customers resolve financial issues and achieve a better handle on their finances. You'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and resolve their concerns
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to give customers peace of mind and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborating with managers to receive feedback, tips, and guidance on improving your performance
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
- *What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting (retail, sales, or wait staff backgrounds are highly valued)
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
- A GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
