As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be the front-line of our customer experience, providing innovative and customer-obsessed service through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for:

  • **Resolving customer and candidate issues**: Use your excellent interpersonal communication skills to resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, and provide a positive and encouraging experience for our customers and candidates.
  • **Completing projects assigned by the support manager**: Work collaboratively with our support team to complete projects and achieve our goals.
  • **Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues**: Use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues using our platform, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • **Following up on customer inquiries**: Ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently, and provide a positive experience for our customers and candidates.
  • **Completing call logs and reports**: Accurately record and report all customer interactions, and provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • **Recognizing, documenting, and alerting leadership of trends and issues**: Identify and communicate trends and issues in customer calls, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • **Being an expert in the careerzynith platform**: Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features, and use this knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support.
