Job Summary
careerzynith is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, you will provide resolutions efficiently and accurately, ensuring employee information integrity while supporting HR initiatives that empower employees to do their best work. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data through effective management of HR systems and processes.
- Support company-wide HR programs, ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee engagement.
- Learn and implement tools and techniques to streamline, optimize, and automate HR processes.
- Create, update, and manage the HR knowledge base to assist employees effectively.
- Analyze, intake, and operationalize new employee services, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Conduct system audits and testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, and document findings for process improvements.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB).
- Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving.
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
