We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Remote 4-Day Weekend Shift Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, live chat, and email. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
