Awakenly Therapy LLC is a small, female- and LGBTQIA+-owned virtual group practice seeking a pre-licensed LMSW to join our growing team. If you're a new or recent grad looking for a supervision-forward environment where you can build your caseload without burning out, we'd love to meet you.
About Us We are a fully virtual, trauma-informed practice licensed in Pennsylvania and New York. We serve adults, couples, and LGBTQIA+ individuals through an anti-oppression, integrative care framework.
- What We Offer
- Fully remote/telehealth — work from anywhere in PA
- Part-time start with a clear path to full-time within 4 months
- Weekly individual clinical supervision with Allison Norman, LCSW (8 years supervising) — hours count toward licensure
- $40/individual session | $60/couples session + 6 paid admin hours/week at $15/hr
- A referral pipeline so you're not building from scratch
- SimplePractice EHR — fully managed admin and billing
- Gottman Method, Somatic, Psychodynamic, ACT, and CBT informed team
- What We're Looking For
- LMSW licensed (or license-pending) in Pennsylvania
- Interest in working with adults, couples, and/or LGBTQIA+ clients
- Trauma-informed lens and openness to continued learning
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
