We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our evening shift team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, either via phone, email, or chat
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work evening shifts (11:30pm to 8am PT) and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Healthcare experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
