As a Global Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and partnering with departments to address high-profile issues and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborating with organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents
- Providing updates and communications to leadership regarding incident handling and resolutions
