As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through sales and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guiding customers through their order and processing them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology
- Communicating with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat
- Helping customers navigate their accounts and resolving product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
