As a Director of Strategy - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Partner with senior leaders across careerzynith to identify areas of key organizational focus and develop strategic plans to address those opportunities.
  • Lead multiple project teams to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and Analysts to develop, staff, pilot, and implement process improvements within our stores.
  • Develop and implement project work flows and roll-out schedules to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Measure the impact of changes and new projects on operational areas and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Partner with Field Implementation Managers to establish project metrics and tollgates to ensure successful implementation.
  • Utilize expertise in strategic thinking and process design to drive successful improvements in operational areas, focusing on quick implementation and quick return on investment.
  • Evaluate needs of multiple project requests and impact on operational areas, aggregating data gathered by Operations Analysts to ensure project needs are met.
  • Select, develop, and motivate assigned staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • *Direct Manager/Direct Reports**
  • Direct and indirect reports typically include 5 professionals and 14 support associates.
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive or controversial situations.
  • Faces situations with various interpretations and requires careful evaluation.
  • Considers new approaches within general policies and short-term goals when solving problems.
  • Provides infrequent status reports to management as appropriate.
  • *Travel Requirements**
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
  • *Physical Requirements**
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about.

  • Experience in applying research findings to the retail environment.
  • History of promotion/advancement.
  • Advanced degree preferred; MBA preferred.

  • The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
