- *Position Overview**
As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative - Remote, you'll be the go-to resource for product inquiries, creatively solving customer issues, and navigating our website seamlessly. You'll be part of a dynamic team where growth meets excellence, and our customers are at the heart of everything we do. This Seasonal position requires availability to be scheduled a minimum of 4 hours per shift, minimum of 12 hours per week, with the possibility of working additional hours during Peak Weeks.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide world-class customer service, promptly answering incoming calls and delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations
- Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns, while seamlessly assisting customers in placing orders over the phone
- Effectively communicate sales and promotions, and develop expertise in navigating the careerzynith website to assist customers
- Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits
- Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies, and capture and maintain accurate customer information
- Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries, meet and exceed Key Performance metrics, and adhere to company policies and procedures
- *Training and Development**
- Position training takes place during the first three weeks after your start date, with a minimum of 30 hours of training per week
- You'll participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, encompassing individual and group coaching, role-playing exercises, and skills training
- *What We're Looking For**
- High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered)
- Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions
- Knowledge of careerzynith products
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
