As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately documenting and inputting customer information into our client system
- Explaining account status and inquiries to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
- Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
- Discussing additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls
- Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals
- *Key Results Areas**
To succeed in this role, you'll be expected to:
- Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time (IHT) of 5 minutes or less
- Achieve Quality Assurance (QA) goals, including a minimum of 95% first-call resolution rate
- Adhere to Production measures, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators
- *Ideal Candidate Qualifications**
We're looking for individuals with:
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism
- A strong ability to organize and prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and effectively communicate with outside parties
- One to two years' experience working in a call center environment (preferably)
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn software applications
- A High School graduate or equivalent
