- Maintaining both physical and digital filing systems
- Scanning and printing files as needed

- Taking detailed notes during meetings and creating clear, organized texts
- Editing completed work for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or Data Entry Operator
- Fast typing skills; proficiency in touch typing is a plus
- Familiarity with data recorders and optical scanners
- Strong knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
- Proficiency with office equipment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Commitment to confidentiality
