Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Hiring: Freshers + Experienced Candidates
Pay Rate: $15–$35 per hour
Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available
(Morning / Evening / Night)
Weekly Hours: 10–60 hours depending on availability
Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Assist customers with questions, bookings, and support
Provide professional and friendly communication
Maintain basic customer records and follow-ups
Deliver a smooth customer experience
Requirements
Good English communication skills
Basic computer & internet knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Quiet working environment
Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection
