- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Funder (Customer Service), you'll be responsible for:
- **Scrutinizing and authenticating retail and lease paperwork**: Ensure precision and adherence to careerzynith policies, established criteria, credit conditions, and state/federal laws.
- **Managing incoming calls from dealerships**: Resolve pending matters as necessary during peak hours.
- **Actively engaging in coaching sessions and training**: Collaborate with colleagues to devise solutions that improve individual and collective departmental performance.
- **Fulfilling other assigned duties**: As required to meet business demands.
