About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Mobile Engineer who can build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications while working closely with product and analytics teams to continuously improve user experience through experimentation and data-driven iteration.
This is not just a feature-delivery role. We are looking for someone who understands how to ship, measure, learn, and iterate.
Responsibilities
ā Maintain and enhance the functionality of our existing suite of apps.
ā Develop cross-platform iOS and Android apps using Flutter
ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable code.
ā Work with senior members of our team to maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability, contributing to the overall improvement of our apps.
ā Knowledge of Flutter development framework.
ā Knowledge of iOS and/or Android development framework.
Requirements
ā Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
ā 5+ years of professional development experience using Flutter and Dart
ā At least one app published on the iOS App Store or Google Play
ā Strong understanding of the latest versions of Swift and/or Kotlin.
ā Proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality code, accelerating product iterations, and ensuring scalability.
ā Experience working in an agile development environment.
ā Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Preferred Experience
ā Knowledge of each of the Dart, Swift, and Kotlin programming languages is a major plus
ā Knowledge of each of the Flutter, iOS, and Android development platforms is a major plus
