As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Processing service requests, managing customer complaints, and ensuring timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our database.
