- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Product Support Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients. You will be responsible for conducting In-Home Usage Tests, documenting product usage, and providing feedback to our clients. This is a remote work opportunity that offers flexible hours and a competitive pay rate.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use careerzynith's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
- Participate in private chat rooms that are opened by market research firms to discuss product testing
- Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail
- Commit to a certain routine and work 15-25 hours per week
- Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Have access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Be honest and reliable
- Possess good communication skills
