- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Communicating with patients and medical professionals regarding status and scheduling medical appointments
- Obtaining necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
- Working independently with minimal supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
- Adapting to changes and modifications in processes and procedures
- Scheduling experience is a plus, but not required
