- *Essential Functions**
As a Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and placing orders for the customer
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods established by careerzynith guidelines
- Checking inventory, processing returns, issuing replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
- Performing other duties as assigned
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written, with capable data entry skills
- Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 4 weeks, with 100% attendance required

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, you will need to meet the following technology requirements:
- A full-size or all-in-one desktop personal computer, or a traditional laptop personal computer that meets the minimum specifications listed below
- Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, or Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations
- Mac IOS 12 or newer
- A PC that is fully updated with all current windows and all optional updates
- An anti-virus program running on your computer, such as Microsoft Defender
- Google Chrome as your primary web browser
- A webcam, external mouse, keyboard, and USB headset (wired required, wireless/Bluetooth headsets not acceptable)
- A minimum optimal screen resolution of 1920x1080
- 6 GB RAM or higher, but we recommend 8 GM or higher to support the work environment
- Enough free space available to both install needed systems and run these systems effectively
