- *The Role**
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the successful implementation, deployment, and adoption of careerzynith with our major health system clients. Your primary objectives will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Ensuring strategic and tactical alignment across all functional areas with clients and careerzynith colleagues
- Managing on-time delivery and proactively identifying and driving the resolution of risks and issues
- Developing creative solutions to meet the needs of our clients
- Managing the onboarding process for designated clients and conducting onboarding for many enterprise end-users
- Presenting periodic performance reviews and engaging with clients on opportunities to expand usage and value in partnership
- Analyzing customer metrics, crafting high-impact client presentations, and driving rapid progress against goals
- *Responsibilities and Expectations**
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll be expected to possess the following skills and qualities:
- Executive-Level Presence and Communications: Ability to communicate professionally with C-level executives, providers, and colleagues in person, on video, on the phone, and over email
- Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-moving organization that uses light-weight processes and cutting-edge technology to have a huge impact
- High-Accountability: Consistently delivering high-quality work and being counted on to meet expectations
- User-focused: Obsessed with the customer experience, translating key consumer needs into business and product requirements, and ensuring users receive 100% quality service
- Detail Oriented: High degree of attention to small details, quickly iterating on deployment playbooks and processes
- Technical Skill: Developing a deep understanding of careerzynith's product and how it integrates with EMRs, translating that into education for enterprise clients and end-users
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively
- Flexibility: Working flexible hours based on client and provider schedules in different time zones across the US
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience within healthcare SaaS
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and communicate expediently
- Strong project management skills
- Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder programs
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of medical documentation and clinical workflows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
