As a Customer Support Specialist - EMEA, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings. You'll work closely with our Level 2 (L2) team to find solutions to complex technical issues and help troubleshoot our API.
