As a Traveler Support Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our travelers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Manage Inbound Service Calls**: Assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries.
- **Advise, Book, and Update Airline Reservations**: Use code-based software to advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary.
- **Communicate Comprehensive Information**: Share detailed information with travelers about our products and policies.

- **4+ Years of Experience Working in a Call Center Environment**: Proven experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- **2+ Years of Experience Working Remotely**: Experience working remotely, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
