- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with the E-business, order fulfillment team to release customer orders for fulfillment
- Release license blocks, delivery blocks, and send emails to customers as part of the order management process
- Utilize SAP to manage and process customer orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets
