- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success/Onboarding Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging new customers via phone, email, and text to guide them through onboarding and account activation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Educating customers on product benefits, including cost-saving features and ways to maximize value, to help them achieve their business goals.
- Assisting with account setup, resolving common setup issues such as PIN entry and initial login, and providing consultative support to ensure customers understand how our product meets their business needs.
- Monitoring customer progress and sending reminders to encourage first-time use, ensuring timely adoption and utilization of our solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate issues and improve onboarding processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Maintaining a positive and proactive approach in all customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support to build strong relationships and drive customer loyalty.

- Experience working closely with customers in account management, customer success, onboarding, or similar capacity, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
