- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual (French Canadian) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for various inquiries, including: + Place orders/Ship tracking/ Order research+ Check account or certificate balances or account transactions+ Returns/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments+ Communicate program rules and program information to customers+ Product/rules clarification+ Navigate customers through basic website technical support+ Problem resolution through online research
- Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
- High accountability for providing excellent customer service
- Provide professional and accurate support to both internal and external customers
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual - French Canadian
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Call center/customer service experience a plus

- Previous experience in a remote work environment
