As a Bilingual (French Canadian) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for various inquiries, including:
  • + Place orders/Ship tracking/ Order research+ Check account or certificate balances or account transactions+ Returns/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments+ Communicate program rules and program information to customers+ Product/rules clarification+ Navigate customers through basic website technical support+ Problem resolution through online research
  • Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
  • High accountability for providing excellent customer service
  • Provide professional and accurate support to both internal and external customers
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual - French Canadian
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Call center/customer service experience a plus
