  • *Job Overview and Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching and resolving complex customer complaints regarding careerzynith or alliance partner products and services, including cases involving customers with disabilities (CRO) and the Department of Transportation (DOT)
  • Handling escalated cases on behalf of careerzynith's executive offices, Premier members, and complex issues that require specialized support
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that escalated issues are thoroughly addressed and responded to
  • Providing subject matter expertise and escalation support to frontline Customer Care agents and external contact center groups
  • Conducting research to identify root causes of customer complaints and developing effective solutions
  • Ensuring that all cases are properly documented, represented, and addressed
  • Participating in special projects as assigned to drive continuous improvement and excellence in customer care
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

### Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of customer service or contact center experience
  • Strong subject matter expertise or working knowledge of careerzynith's Contract of Carriage, policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong verbal skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization, external business partners, team members, and customers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, initiative, and superior decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and be fully remote
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

### Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of customer service or contact center experience, including experience in Contact Center, Refunds, Baggage, Airport, or Inflight
  • Proficiency in EZR/SHARES systems
  • Experience working with complex customer complaints and escalations

  • Base salary range: $48,735.00 to $63,494.00
