Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver a comprehensive, interactive
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
program for our employees. As a mid-size financial firm, we prioritize a culture of excellence, respect, and absolute compliance. The training will be delivered
online
to all staff, including senior leadership and investment professionals.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Customized Delivery:
  • Facilitate engaging, live virtual training sessions tailored to the high-stakes environment of a US Hedge Fund/Finance firm.
  • Compliance Alignment:
  • Ensure all content meets or exceeds federal (EEOC) and state-specific mandates (includingNew York State/NYC, California SB1343, and Connecticutrequirements where applicable).
  • Tiered Training:
  • Deliver distinct modules for:
  • Nonsupervisory Staff:
  • Focusing on definitions, bystander intervention, and reporting.
  • Supervisory/Management:
  • Focusing on liability, proactive prevention, and legal obligations in handling complaints.
  • Industry Context:
  • Use relevant, finance-industry case studies (e.g., office conduct, client entertainment, off-site events, and "bro-culture" mitigation).
  • Interactive Assessment:
  • Incorporate real-time Q&A, knowledge checks, and interactive scenarios to satisfy "interactive training" legal definitions.
    Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate HR compliance or legal training, specifically within theFinancial Services, Private Equity, or Hedge Fundsectors.
