- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely, professional, and thorough manner.
- Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Managing client accounts using our CRM, documenting client discussions with detail and clarity.
- Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client success in completing the program and other key retention activities.
- Handling escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborating with supporting departments to ensure client success in the program.
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of call center experience preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish a plus.
- Reliable internet speeds required.
- Positive attitude, team player, and empathy for hardship situations.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity; financial services experience a plus.
- Previous debt settlement experience a huge plus!
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
