- *The Role**
As a Customer Experience Assistant (Remote) - Transaction Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, online, and text message, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for:
- Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to ensure seamless support for our customers
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating customer information in our careerzynith systems
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws

- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 month of related experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
- Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
