As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in our Mom and Baby team, consisting of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a supportive leadership team. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our customers, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

  • *Primary Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Overseeing orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Interfacing with existing customers to determine product needs, present careerzynith's services, and promote sales growth.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, providing prompt resolutions and follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including customer demographics, order entry, and data maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA confidentiality.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with exceptional presentation abilities.

  • Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

  • *Required Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience required.
