As a Remote Customer Advocate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that careerzynith's customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving product questions, order issues, and other customer concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Utilizing resources and knowledge base to resolve complex problems and provide accurate solutions
  • Participating in training and meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Your workday will be structured to maximize focus and effectiveness. Here's an overview of your typical day:

  • Morning Shift (9:15 AM - 11:30 AM): Access the careerzynith customer service platform and respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Lunch Break (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM): Take a break to recharge.
  • Afternoon Shift (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM): Continue assisting customers, utilizing resources and knowledge base to resolve complex problems. Participate in training and meetings.
  • Short Break (2:30 PM - 2:45 PM): Refresh and re-energize.
  • Wrap-up (2:45 PM - 5:00 PM): Address pending customer issues, complete documentation, and ensure all communication channels are clear.
  • Personal Time (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM): Enjoy your personal time.
  • Dinner Break (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM): Have dinner.
  • Performance Review (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Reflect on the day, set goals, and plan for the next day.
  • Leisure Time (8:00 PM onwards): Relax and unwind.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
