As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
- Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to meet our high standards of customer support
- Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
