- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Call Center Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Logging issues and problems accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrating dependability and a strong work attendance record
- Collaborating with team members and call center management to contribute to department goals and maintain service level objectives
- Promptly escalating urgent customer concerns or issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients
- *Experience/Training**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of one year's experience in a call center or financial services or similar specialist position
- Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices, Telephone Consumer Protection, Consumer Financial Protection Laws, and Consumer Privacy Laws (desirable)
- A strong understanding of mortgage loan and banking principles (desirable)
