Lehrer Family Chiropractic is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Clinical Quality Analyst to support documentation review, quality assurance, and administrative compliance processes. This is a part-time remote opportunity for qualified candidates located within the United States.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Review clinical and administrative records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Conduct routine quality assurance audits and document findings
• Identify areas for workflow improvement and process efficiency
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and internal documentation
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership as needed
• Support compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, administration, or related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, auditing, records review, or related work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Schedule
• $55.00 – $62.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
• Part-time: 20–28 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• Flexible daytime scheduling based on operational needs

Work Location & Eligibility

This is a remote position open to applicants who currently reside within the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
