LinqCare can help by providing your organization with a full range of behavioral health services, including psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management services virtually to improve access to patients.

- Bilingual SPANISH speaking preferred
- Active CA LCSW license in good standing
- Ability to supervise associate level therapists in CA
- Psychosocial services for behavioral care
- Flexible hours between 9am and 8pm
- We support our clinicians with a care coordinator to assist with intake forms, releases, scheduling, rebooking…etc.

- We train on all necessary tools and platforms
- Must have availability to work at least two evening appointments up until 8pm.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will be responsible for assessing/diagnosing behavioral/mental health issues, determining appropriate types/methods of treatment, and implementing intervention methodologies (psychotherapy) via telehealth platform and documentation of those services in the electric medical record.
Job Duties:
· Provide assessment/diagnosis and psychotherapy in a 30 minute session to a wide range of patients as young as 12 up to geriatric age, that are appropriate for telehealth services
· Use evidence-based screening tools with patients to screen and measure outcomes
· Document in electric medical record the services that were provided, as well as, providing diagnosis and billing code for the encounter
· Provide services via audio, and as available, visual two way communication platform
· Abide by the Code of Ethics and all laws and regulatory bodies governing the practice location
· Coordinate with clinical, health education, community health and other staff members in the provision of services to patients if necessary.
· Provide referrals for services needed
· Provide clinical supervision for CA Associate level therapists
· Assume other responsibilities as directed
Qualifications:
· Masters degree in Social Work having obtained licensure as a Clinical Licensure able to practice independently in CA
Ablity to meet CA BBS requirements for Associate level therapist supervison
