What does a day in the life in Data Entry look like?
Β Process orders and verify pricing and availability
Β Type accurately, prepare and maintain order documents and records
Β Communicate with vendors to ensure orders are allocated promptly and correctly
Β Obtain shipping quotes, prepare shipping instructions (BOLs), and schedule pick up for ready orders
Β Reconcile open and closed orders in a timely manner
Β Research, track and restore documentation when problems or discrepancies arise including lost orders and production delays
Β Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
Β Function in accordance with established standards and procedures
What are the required qualifications for Data Entry?
Β At least 1 year related experience in a customer service account.
Β Track record of over-achieving quota.
Β Competency in MS Office, databases and web-based software
Β Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and related reports
Β Accuracy and attention to detail
Β Aptitude for details and numbers
Β Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Β Data entry and word processing skills
Β Well organized
Having these qualifications are helpful, but not required
Β Familiarity with Shopify or equivalent e-com experience

Β Processor: Intel i5 or equivalent Ryzen 5

Β HDD: 250GB
Β Windows 10 Pro / Windows 11 Pro Operating System: Must be Genuine License
Β Windows OS build model 21h2 and up

Β Minimum 19" of Monitor, preferably 22"

Β Internet Speed at least 25MBPS or higher
