Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bellezza LLC is building two high-velocity DTC brands that are rapidly growing. They are seeking a Head of Operations & Finance to establish financial visibility, operational precision, and scalable systems to support their ambitious growth trajectory.


Responsibilities

  • Own operations and finance end-to-end β€” systems, numbers, people, outcomes
  • Build complete financial systems β€” including P&Ls, cashflow forecasting, clean bookkeeping workflows
  • Build the day-to-day operational systems that keep the company running smoothly
  • Own all payment processing & risk β€” reduce chargebacks, manage VAMP, secure new processors
  • Work with the Head of CX to build visibility and systems across Customer Success
  • Hold the team, contractors, and agencies accountable through clear KPIs, structure, and operational discipline
  • Own fulfillment & inventory end-to-end β€” forecasting, ordering, supplier management, freight
  • Execute other high-level initiatives with speed and precision

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, finance, or a similar execution-focused leadership role
  • Experience working in a DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment
  • Deep financial competency: P&Ls, forecasting, reconciliations, cashflow
  • Proven ability to build systems that scale cleanly and prevent issues
  • Hands-on experience with fulfillment, inventory, and supplier management
  • Analytical, detail-obsessed, and exceptional at spotting problems early
  • Operates with extreme ownership β€” takes full responsibility for results, decisions, and outcomes without excuses
  • Thinks in systems, not tasks β€” capable of designing end-to-end operational structures that prevent recurring issues
  • Experience managing processors, chargebacks, MIDs, and risk
