Hospitality Growth Consultant (Remote | Commission-Based | AI-Powered Sales Platform)
We're building one of the most advanced restaurant growth platforms in the hospitality industry and we're looking for ambitious sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential.
This is not a traditional sales job.
We've built an AI-powered system that helps you identify restaurants that need help, provides personalized website demos, analyzes weak online presence, trains you with AI roleplay simulations, and gives you a complete CRM designed to help you close more deals.
What You'll Do
Connect with restaurant owners and managers
Introduce them to personalized website demos
Help businesses improve their online presence
Follow up with prospects using our CRM
Close deals and earn commissions

Compensation
Upfront Website Sales
Earn 15% of all cash collected upfront
Examples:
Express Website ($499) → ~$75 commission
Custom Website ($1,499) → ~$225 commission
Premium Website ($2,500) → ~$375 commission
Managed Monthly Programs
Flat-rate commissions:
Starter Managed → $100
Growth Managed → $225
Premium Managed → $375
No cap on earnings.
Ideal Candidate
You do NOT need website experience.
You may be a great fit if you are:
Bilingual is added bonus
Comfortable talking to business owners
Self-motivated
Competitive
Consistent with follow-up
Interested in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
Restaurant, hospitality, and marketing experience is a plus but not required.
