About the Role

We're looking for thoughtful communicators to join a remote team that helps families review options and plan for what matters most to them. You'll be reaching out to people who've already requested information, walking them through what's available, and helping them decide whether to move forward. Conversations are guided and supportive - not scripted or high-pressure.

This position fits someone who's genuinely good with people on the phone and ready to learn an industry from the ground up. Many of our team members joined from different backgrounds with transferrable skills. What carries over is patience, clear communication, and follow-through.

What You'll Be Doing

· Reaching out to individuals who recently submitted a request for information

· Walking through available options using guided resources and a simple intake process

· Answering questions in plain language and helping people compare what's available

· Submitting applications electronically and following them through to approval

· Documenting each conversation and scheduling appropriate follow-ups

· Coordinating with a remote support team through daily and weekly check-ins Who This Tends to Work Well For
