Role type: Black Belt Process Improvement
Duration: 7 months
100% Remote
Required skills:
Areas of Expertise: Build processes that support business operations, but IT Solutions as well Matrixed Process Mapping Up and Down Stream (areas we can only influence)
Produce a value stream showing demand and issues with delivery for each step of the Value Stream (goal to reduce TAT at every step, even with upstream partners)
Implementation of Metrics Implementation of Quality Controls Ability to facilitate root cause analysis based on metrics & through anecdotal discussion
Facilitate and manage implementation of fixes (oversee a portfolio of improvements; possibly projects)
Produce Standard Six Sigma Outputs:
Process Mapping of Current/Future State with Gap Analysis
Ability to operate autonomously and drive the work (donβt wait)
Strong PM Skills to accompany the process skills; need a restless soul that likes to provide healthy agitation Train others on defined processes Black Belt or Master Black Belt
