In this role, you will be responsible for handling integrated leaves and short-term disability claims, supporting clients in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Involved in intake, processing, and interpreting integrated leaves and short-term disability claims
- Supporting carrier clients in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Adapting quickly to changing client business needs while delivering best‑in‑class customer service
Skills
- 3+ years of integrated absence and STD claim handling experience
- Strong knowledge of disability claims management practices
- Experience in claim intake or a call/contact‑center setting
