Job Description
We’re looking for a Middle+ Data Analyst to own product and portfolio analytics for Credit Cards: dashboards, recurring performance reporting, and A/B testing analytics.
You will work closely with Product Managers and the Head of Cards to make decisions fast and evidence-based. The role goes beyond reporting - you’ll build a clear metrics system, drive experimentation readouts, and help the team understand what actually moves the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that are actually used (clarity > complexity)
Support A/B tests end-to-end: analytics input on design, sizing sanity checks, results readout, rollout recommendations
Define and standardize metric definitions with stakeholders (one source of truth)
Work closely with product and data to align every report with real business goals
Step in beyond your scope when needed — we value ownership over rigid roles
Requirements and expectations
2+ years of experience in product analytics / portfolio analytics
Strong SQL (joins, window functions) and solid Python for analysis
Experience with experimentation / causal thinking (A/B tests, cohorts, bias pitfalls)
Ability to explain complex systems metrics in a simple, clear way
