Responsibilities
Β Oversee the comprehensive project management of various meetings and events for our clients, from start to finish.
Β Manage project timelines and ensure all details are accounted for.
Β Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Β Assist in the sourcing, destination research, budgeting, and planning of events.
Β Negotiate and contract with local vendors, defining the scope of each meeting or event.
Β Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to confirmed budgets.
Β Coordinate transportation arrangements for participants.
Β Facilitate the creation of program-related communication materials.
Β Serve as the lead representative on-site, managing operations and relationships with vendors and hotel staff.
Β Conduct post-event evaluations and ensure accurate data reconciliation.
Β Responsible for auditing and reconciliation of all invoices.

Qualifications
Β A minimum of 5 years' experience in planning corporate meetings and incentives.
Β Experience in dedicated client management, sourcing, and negotiating contract services.
Β Prior operations experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
Β A Certified Meetings Professional (CMP) certification is strongly preferred.
Β Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
This fully remote position requires approximately 40% travel.
