A Disney Specialist is a dedicated travel professional with a vast understanding of Disney destinations, including theme parks, resorts, cruise lines, and other Disney vacation experiences. This will play a crucial role in helping clients plan magical and stress-free Disney vacations by... offering personalized advice, in-depth knowledge, and specialized services tailored to the unique offerings of Disney properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Β Meet with guests to understand their Disney vacation preferences, including theme park priorities, budget considerations, and accommodation preferences.
Β Have an in-depth knowledge of various Disney destinations, including Disneyland and Disney World theme parks, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and Disney resorts around the world.
Β Stay updated on new attractions, events, and specials that Disney may be offering.
Itinerary Planning
Β Design and customize Disney vacation itineraries that allow adequate time in the parks, highlight must-see attractions, and incorporate dining and entertainment experiences. While staying within the budget
Accommodation Recommendations:
Β Provide guidance on selecting Disney resort accommodations based on themes, amenities, and proximity to parks.
Β Assist with room reservations, upgrades, and special requests.
Β Dining and Entertainment Suggestions:
Β Advise on dining reservations, character dining experiences, and special events within the Disney parks.
Β Recommend entertainment options, parades, and shows
Travel Logistics:
Β Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation to and from Disney destinations.????
Β Provide information on transportation options within the parks and between resorts
Specialized Disney Knowledge:
Β Stay informed about Disney's FastPass system, MagicBands, and other technological tools that enhance the guest experience.
Β Provide tips for navigating crowds, managing wait times, and making the most of their time in the parks.
Customer Service:
Β Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Β Provide support before, during, and after the Disney vacation, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Β Passion for Disney and extensive personal experience with Disney vacations.
Β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Β Sales and negotiation skills.
Β Must be 18 yrs of age
Β Authorized to work in the US, or reside in Mexico or Australia???????
