Looking for ambitious 360 recruiters / sales recruiters who want to help build a modern recruiting company focused on design, product, and the future of technology.
Fully remote.
Work from anywhere.
US hours preferred.
This is not a corporate recruiting job.
We’re building a lean, high-performance team around:

You’ll be expected to:
- win new clients
- build relationships with founders & hiring teams
- source exceptional product/design talent
- manage searches end-to-end
- contribute ideas, strategy, and process improvements

You do NOT need to come from a huge agency background.
You DO need to be hungry, proactive, and good with people.
We already have:
- strong branding
- operations support
- marketing/design support

- existing clients & revenue
Now we want to scale properly.
We’re especially interested in people with experience in:
- product/design recruiting
- startup recruiting
- outbound sales/business development
- agency recruiting
- founder-led environments
Comp:
Base + uncapped commission.
