Skills/Experience
Β Product Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for the product, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.
Β Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Β Prioritization: Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team works on high-priority items.
Β Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide a clear understanding for development teams.
Β Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision.
Β Agile Framework: Implement and champion the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring agile methodologies are followed.
Β Roadmap Development: Contribute to a product roadmap that outlines the delivery schedule and milestones.
Β Release Planning: Participate in release planning, including prioritization of features, sprint planning, and coordination of cross-team dependencies
Required Skills

Β Typically a minimum of 5+ years as an agile product owner and a bachelors degree and equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 3+ years related work experience.
Β Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment
Β Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework
Β Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
Β Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Β Experience with Jira Software, Confluence, LucidCharts, Jira Align, AgilityHealth
Β SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification
Preferred
Β Experience working with products or organizations supporting e-commerce and marketing in areas related to transportation and hospitality, including promoting and booking accommodations across multiple digital and non-digital channels like websites, mobile applications, ticket counters, call centers, kiosks, and B2B partnerships
