Responsibilities...
Β Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries
Β Perform outbound calls with existing customers
Β Create service tickets and schedule appointments accurately
Β Review customer account information.
Qualifications
Β Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Β Attention to detail and accuracy a must
Β Excellent email handling skills
Β Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customers' needs
Β Must be able to multi-task
Β Solid sales acumen
Β Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute
Β Determination to succeed
Β Personal accountability is a necessity
Β Contact Center background preferred
Β Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
