Key Responsibilities:
ย Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Design, develop, and implement tailored education plans that address the unique needs of students with disabilities.
ย Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators, specialists, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
ย Adaptation of Curriculum: Utilize effective teaching strategies and modify the curriculum to accommodate the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
ย Progress Monitoring: Continuously assess student progress and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies.
ย Classroom Culture: Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that supports the social and emotional development of all students.
Qualifications:
ย Educational Background: Bachelorยs degree in Special Education or a related field.
ย Licensure: Valid state SPED teaching license.
ย Expertise: Strong understanding of various learning styles and educational needs.
ย Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
