- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
- Navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules
- Schedule technician appointments to minimize drive time and recommend alternative routes as needed
- Utilize listening skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs
- Maintain accurate customer database, including call details and payment information
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driverΒs license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
- Customer service experience preferred
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
