Qualifications
ย Master's Degree in Special Education
ย Massachusetts state teaching certification in Special Education
ย Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
ย Reading Specialist certification
ย Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
ย Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations in a virtual environment
ย Provide direct instruction, support, and interventions tailored to each studentยs IEP goals
ย Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff
ย Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
Requirements
ย Provide your own liability and general insurance
ย Comfortable working as an independent contractor
ย Home computer with high-speed internet access
ย Successfully pass a basic tech screening
